Natural Pain Relief in 10 minutes a day!!!

I have suffered from chronic pain for years and am unable to take drugs because it tears up my stomach in addition to wanting to live without drugs.  I seen something very interesting today on TV and so I looked it up and wanted to share it with you.  It is called The Melt Method. I am thinking about ordering a video and try it out.  Feel free to add your comments below.  Let me know if you tried it or have an interest in it.

  1. The Melt Method has changed my life. I use the book, roller, and balls to do different body parts with “melt maps”, so I can work through painful areas simultaneously. Taking the time to do the work has created a happier, healthier and more active life for me since fibromyalgia and other health issues have surfaced. It allows me to have more restorative sleep, less brain fog and depression as well as fatigue and IBS. The Melt Method is something that has the potential to help chronic pain sufferers. It just requires drinking water with doing the actual work. My energy levels are up when I do Melting and I can actually do my yoga and take far less pain meds.
